This past year went by so quickly and the New Year is now upon us. We’d like to wish you Happy Holidays from all of us here at MOMentumNation.
Personally this was a crazy and transformational year for me. I bought my apartment and learned all about making a real estate transaction. It was a little stressful, but at the same time it gives you a sense a power when you take control of something.
Both my children are now in college, leaving me an official empty nester, and I’ve discovered I like it. Sure I love my children and I’m looking forward to them coming home for the holidays, but now I have more time for me and what I want to do. I know it sounds a little selfish, but I’ve put in 20 years raising them.
And there’s nothing like a job change to reinvigorate you. I’m jazzed about MOMentumNation becoming a company and being a part of a new media and publishing company. It’s been an interesting evolution of a side job to where it is today. I can’t wait to see where we can take it in 2013.
I’ve also met so many new, awe-inspiring women this year. That is the crux of why I love what I do so much. Social media has enabled me to connect with you.
Have a wonderful holiday and let’s kick the New Year off with a bang. Here’s to looking at a killer 2013 for all of us.
