Ted Rubin and I met when he was the CMO of Elf Cosmetics. Elf is a company Ted helped grow without a single dollar spent on traditional media–Elf’s success is based on social media and relationships Ted built through Twitter, blogs and online outreach. He went on to helping OpenSky launch and build their relationships with Mom and Dads looking to set up their own businesses and drive e-commerce from their sites.
