October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and everything will be pink!

Eggland’s Best Pink Ribboned Eggs
Eggland’s Best will have very special eggs this month featuring the signature “EB” stamp with the Susan G. Komen Running Ribbon on all varieties of EB farm fresh eggs. They will also be donating $50,000 to support Susan G. Komen in their pledge to end breast cancer forever.

• You can enter the Eggland’s Best Pink Dozen Recipe Contest! Create a delicious, healthy recipe with EB Pink Dozen eggs for a chance to win great prizes.

• Participate in our “Less Talk. More Action.” photo contest on Facebook. Throughout the month of October, Eggland’s Best will be inviting people to post photos of how they are taking action to support Eggland’s Best & Komen. Each week they will select a photo to win an EB prize pack.

• An Eggland’s Best/Susan G. Komen Twitter party will be held on October 19, 2011.

Cottonelle and “Giving Hope a Hand.”
Together with brands like All, Frito Lay, Gatorade, Glad and more, Cottonelle has pledged up to $150,000 in support of Susan G. Komen. For a limited time, Cottonelle in concert with Kroger will be offering pink toilet paper roll covers.

If you like the “Giving Hope a Hand” Facebook page and donate your status you raise $1 for breast cancer. If you tell a friend, $1 more is given and you can also just give $1 or more.

Estee Lauder and Phillips Lighting are illuminating buildings
Estee Lauder and Phillips are using environmentally friendly LED lights to illuminate landmark buildings in countries like Belgium, Italy, Poland, The Netherlands and here in the U.S. Buildings like the Empire State Building will be pink to shine a light on breast cancer.
